Rights come from Nature, Natural Law, and human nature. Not “god”, “supernaturalism”, or any unnatural realm. None of these mysterious things are real. And everybody knows this.
Even if god did exist he would certainly demand obedience, submission, and enslavement from man – not grant him human rights or liberty. Our job as individuals in our unreal universe would be to blindly obey and serve, like mindless, soulless, amoral, penned, branded sheep. Not to use our reasoning, sovereign, independent, powerful minds freely; nor to live our rational, sensible, personal, sacred lives as we wish and choose, in our demanding, immutable, objective, real universe.
If we, as precious-jewel human beings -- who possess but a single, brief, tenuous life -- want to live our best, be all that we can be, maximize our potential, and fulfill our destiny, we need total freedom to act. Mother Nature and Father Reality grant us that. We also need total freedom from others. Fundamental and existential human equality and human nature grant us that. Natural Law -- that ubiquitous, irrefragable, unbreakable law of liberty and justice for all -- rules all of mankind.
Mother Nature creates life. She commands that life grow, rise, and maximize its potential. Human life is based on productivity, creation, and innovation -- not predation or parasitism. So humans aren't allowed to be rights-violators, or predators and parasites, upon their fellows. They also aren't allowed to be "do-gooders", since this involves lost time and effort, and thus harms the Sacred Self. These two behaviors are violations of human nature as Mother Nature created it.
Our individual rights are inalienable. They can not morally or legally be taken away. Not by some fictional, fraudulent, hateful, evil “god”, nor by some empty, void, unknown, unknowable, “supernatural” power or realm. These two don’t exist and have no magical control or influence over us. Rights are based upon, and come from, reality and the quintessence of man.
