Despite what the communists, socialist, and leftists have claimed for around 200 years, “the workers” of the Western world are not exploited and oppressed. They’re empowered and liberated. Under true capitalism and genuine economic freedom, the blue-collar and low-skill workers are not somehow taken advantage of and abused by business fat cats and the rich. They’re fantastically blessed, benefited, and uplifted. It’s like they all hit the lottery. The reality is that under Industrial Revolution-style free enterprise and free trade, the mindless, lowlife workers amazingly all live like kings. They’re rich as Midas and powerful as Hercules – neither of which they fairly worked for or earned.
Under normal circumstances – prior to social libertarianism and economic laissez-faire – “the workers” almost all live in misery and agony, before they starve and die – as they deserve. Meanwhile, the superior men and workers – those of greater intelligence, virtue, and hard work – almost all live and thrive. This has been the case for both types of workers for about 300,000 years. Life improved somewhat about 11,700 years ago with the advent of agriculture – but not much. The yeoman farmers and peasants still usually lived poorly and suffered badly. Life didn’t really get good until the 1700s Industrial Revolution and 1800s semi-capitalism. Then the lower-class workers and monkeys finally prospered. It was a miracle!
The elite, outstanding, ingenious, high-quality creators, producers, and workers almost always lived well. Even 300 millennia ago. Meanwhile, the situation for the massman, average Joe, and man in the street was very different. Before the low-grade, quasi-capitalism of the 1800s, his life was close to hell on Earth. This animal lived like an animal!
But under economic semi-freedom and the invention of factories, assembly lines, mass production, and extreme division of labor, the lowly hoi polloi all became rich, fancy free, and singers of joy. The regular guy – in all his natural mediocrity and failure – laughed, danced, frolicked, and swooned in ecstasy while essentially living in heaven on Earth. This is the truth.
And yet for two centuries now the communists, socialists, and do-gooder leftists have all lied thru their teeth that “the workers” and “the people” are somehow, someway being exploited and oppressed. Well now, the low-intelligence, poorly-educated, low-virtue, lazy, careless, low-quality, easily replaceable, virtually-worthless workers do earn less money than his high-intelligence, highly-educated, high-virtue, hard-working, conscientious, high-quality, irreplaceable, invaluable counterparts. But so what? That’s merit and justice. Obviously.
Rather than being allegedly and mysteriously mistreated and abused, the average man and worker is almost treated like a god under the capitalism and liberty socio-economic system. Meanwhile, the superior man and worker is forced to work like a dog. He’s treated like a slave.
Under true, pure, and real capitalism (or companyism) – not ubiquitous welfare statism – the low-quality, blue-collar workers can be evil, stupid, mean, nasty, and disgusting. They can show up for work late and drunk as they piss on the floor and curse their supervisors. The only punishment they’re likely to get is: “Please go home, sober up, take a shower, and show up on time for work tomorrow.” And if instead the miscreant is fired, so what? He’ll get a new job – probably a better one – the very next day. Such is life under capitalism.
Meanwhile, the high-quality, white-collar workers – the managers, bosses, executives, and owners – all have to hustle non-stop and perform with excellence. They can never slack off. They have to work hard, sweat, and slave in order to stay ahead of the competition. The workers practically haven’t a care in the world. Their hearts are light, their spirits are free, and their wallets are fat. But the “parasitical” higher-ups never stop working. They worry, ache, and suffer without end. Even at home – even on week-ends and on vacation – their minds and hearts are burdened with work. Their job never gives them a break. They’re truly and permanently exploited and oppressed. Such is life under capitalism.
